About this Caravan:
In December 2025, we welcomed the stunning Avan Aspire 555 pop-top van to our caravan hire fleet. This spacious, cozy, and classy unit is an ideal choice for couples desiring a nature retreat without sacrificing life’s little luxuries, featuring a separate shower and toilet. With the option to accommodate up to four people using the additional OZ-Tent RV3, it offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure.
Travelling with more than two? No worries!
For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, we automatically include the OZ-Tent RV3 Setup. This setup transforms the van into a comfortable retreat for four, complete with the tent, two king single stretcher beds, and cool gel mattress toppers.
(Recommended for children aged 6 and above).

National Park Delivery Restrictions
We only service the following campgrounds: Neds (site 7 & 9 only!), Mesa, Tulki, North Mandu (excl. site 5!), Kurrajong, Osprey Bay, Bungarra, Yardie Creek, 14 Mile Beach (ex Warroora)
Deposit & Cancellation
A non refundable deposit of 30% is required to book the caravan.
Cancellation 14+ days before booking: 50% of rental fees refunded.
Cancellation 7–14 days before booking: 25% of rental fees refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days before booking: No refund.
Refundable Security Bond (Insurance Excess)
A security bond of $3,000 is required for set up hires. For self-tow hires the bond is $10,000.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for set-up hires is 18. The minimum age for self-tow hires is 25.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed.
